ShiftMonday - Friday - 1st Shift (Day)Hybrid | Warrendale, PA (3 days onsite per week)General SummaryThis role leads the front line of growth, owning the strategy, execution, and performance of the BDR team to drive pipeline and expand market presence. You will coach and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic prospecting, qualifying high-value opportunities, and engaging senior operations, supply chain, and e-commerce leaders.
