Job Description:

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Club Manager to join our team. The right candidate will be a team player, willing to support the Club Manager by helping to keep the club clean and orderly. All Club Managers are responsible for the cleanliness of their clubs and work very hard to maintain company standards. With an ever growing membership our Managers need more help and support than ever.

Manager's Assistants will also be trained in all areas of Club Management with 1 solo staff shift per week and top placement on our coverage rotation. With 3 San Gabriel locations, this creates many opportunities to pick up extra shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in cleaning all areas of the club.

Learning the role of Club Manager:

• Train on membership data base and email software.
• Telephone and email marketing.
• Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Marketing Outreach - Organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.
• Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday: 4pm - 6pm

Saturday 10am-3pm

Coverage: Per Availability

11 hours per week. $220 per week. $880 per month.
