At Chick-fil-A, Managers are responsible for ensuring that each restaurant guest has an outstanding experience, Team members are kept accountable to Chick-fil-A brand procedures as well as leading in their development, and overseeing Front of House or Back of House operations.

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Count drawers and finalize day
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • understand how to lead the business with metrics and systems

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Payroll, financial goal setting skills and strategies, and employee scheduling
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members

  • Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
  • Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
  • Must be willing to undergo a 60 day trial period as a "Regular Team Member" in order to be CONSIDERED for leadership
  • Must have managerial restaurant experience of at least 2 years and provide reference and recommendation letter
