The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on Leader to join our Chick-fil-A team. This management opportunity is designed for individuals who desire a long-term career with one of the most highly respected restaurant brands in the nation. Your Impact
As a Leader, you will:
Drive operational excellence by working in all areas of the restaurant to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively run a high-performing, multi-million-dollar operation
Build and develop high-performance teams by identifying, coaching, and mentoring emerging leaders
Lead and manage a team of 15+ team members by casting vision, coaching consistently, and holding others accountable to high standards
Increase profitability by implementing systems and procedures that reduce costs, improve productivity, and promote sales growth
Deliver exceptional guest service across all points of contact
Maintain a positive work environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and operational compliance
Requirements
Prior restaurant leadership experience required
Chick-fil-A experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A passion for serving others and developing people
