The Manager, Risk Advisory supports the Director by executing and administering the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program in line with COSO principles and regulatory guidance.
They oversee processes to identify, assess, monitor, and control risks within the organization’s risk appetite, providing insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
Responsibilities include leading enterprise risk assessments, evaluating new and existing programs, analyzing risk data and indicators, and advising business units on operational risks.
They ensure risk practices are well-documented, compliant, and support audit and regulatory requirements.
The role involves collaborating with the Board’s Risk Committee and senior management, requiring a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of risk management experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in risk tools and data analysis software.
