As a Manager, RM Strategy & Enablement, you will lead a team responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and actionable data and insights across the commercial organization. This is a people leadership role with accountability for team performance, stakeholder partnership, and execution of high-impact initiatives.\n \nTo succeed in this role, you must effectively balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with stakeholders across revenue management, marketing, customer experience, sales, product, pricing, and systems to design, develop, and maintain advanced analytical tools and reporting. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance and customer value.\n \nIn addition to core responsibilities, this role requires flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business priorities. The Manager is expected to pivot resources as needed to support ad hoc initiatives including pricing integrity efforts, systems enhancements, data governance and emerging business needs.\n \nThe commercial team's role is to deliver exceptional products and unmatched experiences at the right price to customers and do so in a way that keeps our customers wanting to come back again and again. This role plays a critical part in enabling that mission.\n \nWhat You'll Do:\n\n Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance\n Set clear priorities and manage day-to-day workflow to ensure efficient, high-quality output\n Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement\n Oversee programmatic extraction, cleaning, and analysis of large internal and external data sources\n Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance standards are maintained across reporting and datasets \u2013 and creating this rigor where it does not exist today\n Guide development of scalable analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions\n Develop models and help define a holistic commercial analytics approach, particularly related to customer behavior and revenue optimization\n Partner closely with leaders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into solutions\n Flex team capacity to support emerging business priorities and high-impact ad hoc initiatives\n Represent the commercial function on cross-functional and enterprise-level projects\n Present findings clearly and concisely through executive-ready materials and interactive presentations\n Translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations\n Serve as a thought partner to commercial leaders, influencing decision-making through data\n \nWhat We're Looking For:\n\n Bachelor's degree in analytical or business-related discipline or equivalent work experience required\n 5+ years of experience in data analytics or similar roles, or equivalent combination of advanced degree and work experience\n Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data\n Demonstrated ability to break down large data sets into actionable information\n Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing a team\n Extensive knowledge of Hyperion, Business Intelligence Tools, database management systems and Excel\n Ability and desire to translate vision into results\n Strategic skills required to conceptualize, communicate, and execute weekly, monthly and annual deliverables\n Project management skills to drive process improvement\n Strong written and oral communication skills\n Understanding of the car and equipment rental market segments in the industry and its drivers a plus\n Flexible team player able to work to meet deadlines\n Excellent attention to detail\n Willingness to take on additional responsibility and lead organizational change\n Strong time management skills and effectively able to prioritize tasks as needed\n \nThis position starts at $130K commensurate of experience.\n \nWhat You'll Get:\n\n 40% off any standard Hertz Rental\u202f\u202f \n Paid Time Off\n Medical, Dental & Vision plan options\n Retirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching.\n Paid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance\n Employee Assistance Program for employees & family\n Educational Reimbursement & Discounts\n Voluntary Insurance Programs - Pet, Legal/Identity Theft, Critical Illness\n* Perks & Discounts \u2013Theme Park Tickets, Gym Discounts & more\n\n
