What You Will Do
As the Manager of Respiratory Care, you will oversee the daily operations and ongoing success of respiratory care services at two BayCare facilities. This role is a blend of leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Day-to-day operations of respiratory care services at assigned facilities • Staffing, fiscal management, development of policies, procedures, and protocols • Quality improvement and interaction with physicians • Assisting team members as needed, communicating information to team members as applicable, and coaching, counseling, and mentoring

Required Certifications & Licensure
• RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist • Active NBRC RRT Credential • BLS - Basic Life Support
Required Education
• Bachelors Degree • Masters in Management (Preferred)
Required Experience
• 5 years of Respiratory or Cardiopulmonary experience • 3 years of Management or Supervisory experience in a related field
