Primary Responsibilities
The Regional Training Manager (RTM) is dedicated exclusively to training, upskilling, and operational deployment support within KeHE's distribution centers (DC). This role owns the delivery, quality, and accountability of new hire onboarding and training, and on-the-job and leader training. The RTM serves as the single point of accountability for warehouse training effectiveness, partnering closely with DC leadership and enterprise stakeholders to drive safe, high-quality, dependable, and productive operations through strong people development. This role does not work front-line shifts and is focused entirely on building capability, supporting change, and developing others.
As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.
