The Manager, Refrigeration Engineering (ULT) leads the design, development, and sustainment of cascade refrigeration systems for cold storage and ultra-low temperature products.
They oversee a global team of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-performance, energy-efficient, and compliant solutions.
Responsibilities include system architecture, simulation, innovation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
They partner with Product Management, Quality, and Regulatory teams to meet customer and regulatory standards, drive standardization, and support product lifecycle management.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of thermal systems leadership, hands-on vapor-compression experience, and strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills.
Requires a relevant engineering degree, experience with regulated products, thermal modeling, and continuous improvement methodologies.
