This onsite role (Mon-Fri, office environment) leads a global Refrigeration Engineering team focused on designing and developing cascade vapor-compression systems for ultra-low temperature (ULT) and cold storage products.
Responsibilities include system architecture ownership, thermal modeling, innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance (UL, FDA, CE, Energy Star).
Leading cross-functional collaboration, managing budgets, mentoring engineers, and driving continuous improvement are key.
Requirements include a bachelor’s in engineering (master’s preferred), 5+ years leading refrigeration/thermal systems teams, hands-on vapor-compression experience, and strong analytical and leadership skills.
Travel is up to 10%. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
