Quality Manager
Responsible for a quality management system, compliant with standardized requirements for assigned location(s). Leads continuous improvement programs related to quality. Leads a high-performing quality team towards achievement of departmental objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains quality management system to ensure highest quality parts reach our customers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build and uphold effective system and related processes.
- Leads high-performing quality team. Trains and guides new hires and current employees.
- Creates and maintains strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring expectations are met consistently.
- Performs quality, supplier, process, and other audits as required.
- Defines and executes quality departmental objectives.
- Monitors product quality through audits, returns, inspections, cost reports, and customer scorecards. Performs root cause failure analyses and communicates resolution to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Maintains an effective corrective and preventative action plan to ensure continuous improvement in quality metrics.
- Completes other projects as assigned.

Educational Requirements

- Manufacturing background required.
- Demonstrated success in leadership positions.
