Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Food Science or Microbiology (or equivalent), 5+ years of manufacturing experience, knowledge of GMP, FDA/USDA standards, and certifications like PCQI, HACCP, SQF.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a production environment that includes cold and noisy areas.
