As an Exhibits Quality Assurance Manager at Curiosity Farms, you'll help bring those experiences to life by building, maintaining, repairing, and improving interactive exhibits and environments enjoyed by thousands of guests each year. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys fabrication, troubleshooting, construction, and creative problem-solving while working on a wide variety of projects. ? What You'll Do - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
- Attend and participate in meetings, training opportunities and on-the-job skill development.
- Maintain exhibit function and appearance, and identify opportunities to improve performance, durability, and the guest experience.
- Operate shop equipment and hand tools safely and effectively to repair and fabricate custom exhibit elements.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Be accountable, proactive and responsible for your own tasks including daily tasks, planned projects, and requested maintenance.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
- Treat guests and team members with respect and professionalism.
- Have a positive impact on the team by supporting, mentoring, training, and encouraging others.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to find best possible solutions.
- Be willing to work outside your regular schedule and duties when needed.

What We're Looking For - Experience with fabrication, construction, maintenance, repair, or related technical trades.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Comfortable working on a variety of projects that may require creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be at least 18?years old.
Preferred Qualifications - At least 1 year’s experience in exhibit?maintenance, theatrical production, museum operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with woodworking, metalworking, painting, electronics, or interactive exhibit systems.
