Quality Assurance Manager Job Description

Wage: $17.00+ DOE

Shift: Full time. Mon-Fri. Some Saturdays and evenings.

Summary: As a member of the exhibits team, you will play an important role in providing a world-class guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain exhibit function and appearance at a high level by adhering to exhibit maintenance best practices.
  • Manage and complete daily tasks, exhibit maintenance requests, and workflow in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, training opportunities and on-the-job skill development.
  • Lead a small team by supporting, mentoring, training, and encouraging.
  • Treat guests and team members with respect and professionalism.
  • Be accountable, proactive and responsible for your own tasks and those of your team's.
  • Be willing to work outside your regular schedule and duties when needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to find best possible solutions.
  • Ensure workstations are clean, orderly, and safe.
  • Exemplify Thanksgiving Point's Mission, Values and Policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of basic tools, hardware and exhibit repair techniques.
  • Professional, kind and curious at all times.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check to drive for work.
