Position Summary
The Manager – Project/Product III will lead the development and management of integrated schedules supporting Southern California Edison's General Rate Case (GRC) asset management programs. This role coordinates activities across Regulatory Affairs, Risk Modeling, Finance, Strategy, and program teams to track milestones, monitor status, drive accountability, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
The position will proactively identify and resolve issues, remove barriers, and ensure timely execution of deliverables supporting regulatory filings, investment planning, and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Typically possesses one to three years of experience coordinating or managing small to medium projects or product workstreams.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, support development of project plans, manage schedules, track progress, and contribute to the execution of defined deliverables.
Proven ability to problem-solve, anticipate issues, maintain documentation, and operate effectively under moderate time constraints.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and communicate status updates to various audiences.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated schedules supporting GRC asset management programs.
Coordinate activities across Regulatory Affairs, Risk Modeling, Finance, Strategy, and program teams.
Track milestones, monitor status, drive accountability, and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
Proactively identify and resolve issues and remove barriers to timely execution.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables supporting regulatory filings, investment planning, and strategic objectives.
Desired Skills and Attributes
Experience within the electric utility industry, particularly supporting asset management, capital planning, or regulatory programs.
Experience developing and delivering strategic investment plans, regulatory filings such as GRC, RAMP, or WMP, or other executive- and regulator-facing documentation.
Ability to navigate diverse stakeholder perspectives and build alignment across regulatory, finance, risk, strategy, and operational organizations.
Bachelor's degree and PMP certification desired, if possible.
