Title: Project Manager
Location: Pomona, CA -Hybrid (Mon & Tues Onsite)
Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $75/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Duration: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 100–150 small to medium-sized projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, design, dependency management, construction, and project closeout.
• Coordinate project activities, identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance using project controls, variance analysis, and reporting tools.
• Manage project documentation, action items, change control, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and functional managers to prioritize work and ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably managing field-based projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SAP, and Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling tool).
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing substation, utility construction, engineering, or related infrastructure projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical discipline, or equivalent experience preferred)
