Job Title: Manager, Program Services
Department: Membership Development
Reports To: Director, Program Services
Basic Function: The Manager, Program Services will provide education and resources to local USA Hockey member associations with a focus on supporting our events both in Adult and Adaptive hockey, delivery of our new AI/Analytics projects and executing elements of our Integrated Marketing Program.
Essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Membership and Program Development
Establish and maintain relationships with District, Affiliate, local association and industry leaders.
Provide support to local leadership on growing 8 & under hockey through the development of tools, best practices, program development and leveraging data.
Travel and support execution of 3-4 of our Tournament events specifically around Adult and Adaptive Hockey
Be an active member of problem solving and running analytics for our new AI and Analytics initiative
Delivery specific elements of our Integrated Marketing program including emails, social and video.
Research and build programs, resources and best practices for use by local associations.
Liaison with professional hockey clubs and leagues on partnering on grassroots initiatives
Other duties as assigned.

xc2xb7 Established experience in customer relationship management is optimal.
Required Qualifications:
Education
xc2xb7 Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree required.
Experience
xc2xb7 2-3 years'' experience including Internships if just graduating from school
xc2xb7 Background and experience in analytic platforms including Excel, SQL and AI tools
xc2xb7 Experience with the in working closely with individuals at the local level
Skills
xc2xb7 Must have excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and management skills.
xc2xb7 Willing to be hands-on in program services.
xc2xb7 Ability to make difficult and timely decisions.
xc2xb7 Strong relationship building skills required
xc2xb7 Strategic thinking, excellent written and verbal communication as well as problem solving skills are essential.
xc2xb7 Willingness to travel 4-5 times a year
xc2xb7 Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously is a must.
xc2xb7 Basic computer skills and ability and willingness to learn online systems quickly.
xc2xb7 Enthusiastic, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
xc2xb7 Public speaking and teaching experience is preferred.

xc2xb7 This position does require occasionally working on nights and weekends.
Salary:
xc2xb7 $60,000 annually
xc2xb7 Benefits include health, dental, vision, vacation accrual of 75 hours, personal time, sick time, 403B with 4% match after six months, and a paid summer break
