What you''ll do...

Position: Manager, Program Management

Job Location: 811 Excellence Dr, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Implements program plans, changes, and solutions by communicating and coordinating with key stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust; prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; ensuring resolution of critical issues; monitoring execution and milestones of the program or program; tracking and reviewing high-level deliverables; and preparing and presenting weekly performance reports to senior leadership. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Evaluates program or program performance by comparing projections to actual results; identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data; conducting return-on-investment analyses; reviewing customer response and feedback from key stakeholders; identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues; collaborating with teams across the company to leverage processes in order to increase service and product capabilities; and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables. Analyzes factors for program feasibility and creates solutions by assessing key opportunities; determining the strategic approach; identifying current state; conducting gap analyses; collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to assess needs and success measurements; developing cross-functional assessments and business cases for action; and presenting key opportunities and assessments to senior executives for review and approval. Executes complex programs by prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; escalating complex or difficult issues; providing informational presentations; managing stakeholder expectations; holding program team accountable for program delivery; and developing performance reports.

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in business, engineering, or related field and 2 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related experience OR 4 years of experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related experience.

Skills Required: Must have experience with: Leveraging Google BigQuery, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Python, and Power BI to analyze transportation and reverse logistics performance, drive process improvements, and manage carrier relationships; Generating performance projections and supporting execution decisions using predictive analytics, statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and bias/error trend analysis to improve forecast reliability; Transportation data governance, including parameter configuration, anomaly detection, and data extraction and validation through SQL and BigQuery; Omni-channel inventory placement, peak planning, and inventory lifecycle management within reverse logistics using DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis; Developing integrated data pipelines to enhance visibility and reporting accuracy; Performing quantitative analysis using Excel-based modeling, ETL processes, and Monte Carlo simulation to support operational strategy; Preparing executive-level reports and presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate analytical findings to senior leadership; Applying Lean Six Sigma principles and conducts structured root-cause investigations; Leading program execution in Jira to ensure alignment, risk escalation, and delivery of data-driven recommendations; Developing data-driven performance reports and KPIs for transportation and reverse logistics operations. Rate of pay: $89,149.00 -130,000.00/year
