What you will need to be successful in this role:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical background.
At least three-to-five years of engineering and/or program management experience.
Developed understanding of project management and related processes.
Must be well organized with solid judgment; able to multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering/program team, customers, stakeholders and senior leadership.
