Manager, Program Delivery & Knowledge Management

Our client, a Credit Card company, is looking for a Manager, Program Delivery & Knowledge Management for their San Francisco, CA/Atlanta, GA/Washington D.C/ Hybrid location.

• The Manager, Social Impact & Sustainability Content & Program Delivery is part of the global Social Impact & Sustainability team, reporting to the Director, Program Delivery & Knowledge Management.
• This is a dynamic cross functional role that will collaborate with internal and external partners to tell meaningful stories about the ways in which client, together with our partners, lives out our mission of uplifting everyone, everywhere.
• In addition to driving content strategy, a key aspect of this role is to manage and create new pathways for improved cross-functional knowledge sharing, particularly around regional connectivity.
• The ideal candidate has experience in both social impact storytelling and knowledge management (including Google Analytics), with strong creative, writing, and strategic thinking skills.
• Partner internally and externally with relevant stakeholders to source, curate, and produce social impact stories that engage and inspire target audiences
• Craft and curate high-quality written pieces for select stories, including case studies, blog posts, and other storytelling formats
• Effectively lead interactions with a range of clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met in impact storytelling assets
• Develop content strategies and coordinate cross-regional collaboration for key Social Impact & Sustainability programs and campaigns
• Develop and improve channels and tools that enable better knowledge sharing across the Social Impact & Sustainability team
• Redesign the tracking system for key external platforms using Google Analytics
• Oversee and manage the budget for social impact content projects
• Measure and optimize the impact of social impact storytelling initiatives

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• 5-8 years professional experience; experience in social impact, sustainability, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field a plus
• Experience working in financial inclusion, financial education, small business empowerment, or sustainability preferred
• Skilled in creative production and social impact storytelling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling narratives
• Exceptional professional writing and visual design skills with a strong portfolio of work
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Proven track record in client and relationship management
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of information architecture and knowledge management
• A team player and collaborator, able to work well with diverse global stakeholders in a matrixed environment, ranging from junior to executive level
• Experience working on a global team with regional counterparts
• Advanced level of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required; Knowledge of Sharepoint a plus

• Experience supporting social impact, sustainability, ESG, CSR, nonprofit, or purpose-driven programs preferred
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Physical Requirements (Required)

• This position will be performed in an office setting.
• The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, and reach with hands and arms.
