Manager, Product Management - Small Business Bank, Marketing & Acquisitions Experience

At Capital One, we believe great products begin with a deep understanding of our customers. From our earliest days, we pioneered the use of predictive modeling to individually personalize credit card offers, turning the entire industry on its head. As we've grown bigger, we've found more and more ways to use technology and face-to-face conversations to understand the human problems associated with money and finances. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.

In the Small Business Bank, our customers are the lifeblood of the US economy, making up 99% of businesses in the US and accounting for 44% of the countrys GDP. We've built an organization that is focused on listening to and learning from the millions of business customers we serve every day to make sure our products, services and experiences work as hard as they do. On our team, we combine that customer-centric approach with our heritage of data-driven decision making to design, build, and test our way to best-in-class, business-grade experiences that help Small Businesses succeed.
