What you'll do...
Event Manager - Programs & Events Position Summary The Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise programs, training initiatives, leadership events, and large-scale organizational experiences in both virtual and in-person environments. This role drives end-to-end event delivery, stakeholder alignment, participant engagement, operational execution, and continuous program improvement while ensuring a high-quality attendee experience. This position is not a remote position. Expected to be in office 100% of the time. Successful candidate must live in or around Bentonville, AR. Key Responsibilities Program Ownership & Execution Leadership
Large-Scale Event Management
Lead high-visibility events of 15 to 1200 attendees including but not limited to the below programs:
Director Onboarding
Manager Summit
BU Roadshows
Tech Appreciation Events
Stakeholder Events
Office Hours
Drive end-to-end event execution including agenda development, communications, logistics coordination, and on-site delivery.
Ensure seamless attendee experiences and operational excellence throughout all phases of event management.
Stakeholder & Program Management

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
