Your role:The Manager, Pricing Strategy will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for spare parts and services across the globe, leveraging a strong understanding of value-based accounting principles. This role requires a unique blend of analytical, business acumen, and collaboration skills to drive revenue growth and profitability.What you'll be doing: Strategic Pricing DevelopmentDevelop and implement pricing strategies for spare parts and services, aligned with company goals and objectivesConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing decisions and develop total cost of ownership modelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectivesValue-Based Accounting (VBA) ExpertiseApply VBA principles to drive pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with company financial goalsDevelop and maintain pricing models that accurately reflect the value of spare parts and servicesAnalyze and interpret financial data to inform pricing decisionsAnalytical and Data-Driven InsightsDevelop and maintain pricing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify pricing opportunitiesProvide data-driven insights to inform pricing decisions and drive revenue growthStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectivesDevelop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliersCommunicate pricing strategies and results to senior leadership and other stakeholdersProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve pricing processes and workflowsDevelop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changesWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field5+ years of experience in pricing, finance, or a related fieldStrong understanding of value-based accounting principles and their application in pricing decisionsProven analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive insightsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to present complex information to senior leadership and other stakeholdersStrong business acumen and understanding of global markets and competitorsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new tools and technologiesCertification in pricing or finance, such as CPM or CFA preferredExperience working in a global organization, with knowledge of international markets and competitorsFamiliarity with pricing software and tools, such as pricing analytics platformsBaxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $154,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
