The Senior Product Manager, Digital Strategy & Clinical Innovation will play a critical role in shaping the future of Strykers Neurosurgical portfolio by developing and executing a digital and AI-enabled strategy across our platforms, services, and procedural ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of product management, digital transformation, and clinical innovation, driving initiatives that leverage data, connectivity, and software to create new standards of care in neurosurgery. The ideal candidate will partner closely with R&D, clinical affairs, marketing, and external clinical partners to identify emerging needs, develop strategic roadmaps, and bring innovative solutions to market. This individual will also be responsible for developing a commercial model and corresponding financial case for digital platforms that can be scaled throughout the organization.
