The manager will create training materials, monitor effectiveness, and support cross-functional collaboration to improve operational and quality performance.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5+ years of training management experience, and knowledge of plasma logistics or healthcare regulations.
Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to travel to multiple sites.
