POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Physician Relations Accounts leads the day-to-day operations supporting affiliated physician groups and plays a critical role in strengthening and expanding the organization's physician network. This role partners closely with physician leadership, recruitment, and revenue cycle teams to optimize network performance, enhance relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily operations of physician relations for affiliated physician groups, ensuring efficient and effective support.
- Contribute to the development and execution of physician network planning strategies, aligning with organizational goals.
- Conduct territory and market analyses to identify growth opportunities, optimize provider distribution, and inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with revenue cycle teams to perform financial analysis of physician networks, identifying trends and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with physician network leadership to establish and onboard new primary care provider (PCP) groups, ensuring a seamless integration process.
- Support physician recruitment efforts, including coordination and engagement with prospective providers.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements across physician network operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice administrators, and internal stakeholders.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of cumulative experience required, OR
Associate's or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, OR
7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience in lieu of formal education
Preferred:
3 years of leadership or management experience
Experience in physician relations, healthcare operations, or network development
Familiarity with physician practice operations and revenue cycle processes
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
