Manage shoot budgets under direction of AVP Photo. Key Partners are Creative Director Photography, Photo Art Directors, Creative Operations, Sample Management, Merchants, Stylist, Finance and Outside VendorsSupport in the scheduling and booking of all photographers, models, hair, makeup, stylists, studios, outside production and locations for all photo shootsEnsure all release forms are signed and work with legal if any issues ariseNegotiate rates and fees to reduce costs while maintaining highest possible photographic standards for the Brand and while maintaining talent relationshipsSupport model castingsCreate and manage call sheetsManage the finalization and submission of all advances, billings, usage agreements and post-production work and ensure that these are within the allocated budgetReconcile all invoices from photo shoots, process, file and submit to Accounts Payable for processing.
