  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care
  • Utilize pharmacy technology systems to improve efficiency, safety, and workflow effectiveness
  • Identify and resolve medication-related concerns while promoting best practices in medication management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental process improvement efforts
  • Serve on hospital committees and contribute to system-wide initiatives when appropriate
  • Support pharmacy students and learners through precepting and educational activities
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, professional standards, and organizational policies

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist in Indiana and Kentucky
  • Ability to obtain required licensure within 45 days of employment
  • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality, and service excellence

Preferred:

  • Previous hospital pharmacy experience

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to practice at the top of your license within a technologically advanced pharmacy environment
  • Collaboration with experienced pharmacists, technicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Opportunities to participate in quality improvement projects and operational enhancements
  • Professional growth through committee involvement, leadership opportunities, and student precepting
  • A supportive team culture focused on learning, innovation, and patient-centered care
  • Exposure to a broad range of hospital pharmacy services and clinical experiences
  • A stable healthcare environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes
