Job Overview
This position is responsible for strategic planning and day to day oversight of Patient Access for Healthcare Resource Solutions. This position provides leadership, guidance and supervision to staff by providing a positive and team-oriented environment for all employees. This position is responsible for developing improvements and ensuring that that these improvements are implemented across the entire department or throughout the revenue cycle in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations and hospital policies and procedures. Is an ambassador of HRS, Deaconess, Deaconess Henderson, and The Womens Hospital by cultivating a nurturing atmosphere of courtesy, respect, empathy, dignity and optimism.
Education and Experience
College degree required. Minimum of three years leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle preferred. Understanding of insurance is desired.
