Position Summary
The Manager, Partnerships & Premium Sales, is responsible for generating revenue by engaging local and regional companies to generate partnership and premium seating revenue through all business lines, including intellectual property rights, experiential, media, branding, signage, hospitality, events, and promotions. This position will serve under the department head and be responsible in part for facilitating services for all corporate partnerships and premium seat clients for both First Horizon Coliseum and the hockey team. Compensation will consist of base salary plus an annual performance-based bonus. This position will be responsible for achieving measurable financial results.
This role will pay a yearly salary of $65,000-$75,000 and is eligible for commission.

This position will remain open until August 21, 2026.
About the Venue
First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, NC, is host to the Greensboro Gargoyles, in partnership with team ownership of Zawyer Sports and Entertainment. The team is currently playing in their inaugural season in the ECHL with home games at First Horizon Coliseum.
Reporting to the Director of Global Partnerships and working closely with Zawyer management and staff, the Manager, Partnership & Premium Sales is a member of our sales team. Located at First Horizon Coliseum in Greensboro, NC, this position will be responsible for generating revenue from local, regional, and national companies through the sale of integrated sponsorship, premium seating, and hospitality packages for both the Gargoyles and the Complex. The Oak View Group and the complex/team ownership are looking for hard-working individuals with a passion for live entertainment and a track record of success.
The Greensboro Coliseum Complex is made up of nine venues, the largest being the renowned 22,000-seat First Horizon Coliseum, which has a storied history of hosting prestigious ACC and NCAA basketball championships, and a concert history featuring legendary artists like Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks, and Phish, as well as today's biggest artists like Eric Church, Bad Bunny, and Megan Moroney.
