Under the supervision of the Operations Director oversees and manages the daily operations of the CarePartners PACE Day Center and Adult Health Center locations. This includes but is not limited to the departments of rehabilitation, recreation, spiritual care and dietary. This includes ensuring that appropriate personnel are trained and perform their functions within the organization, operational services standards and budgetary criteria are met, and operations follow all governing regulations. Works in conjunction with the Social Workers and Home Care to assure that concerns and support are followed up on to families, participants, and caregivers. Works with the Clinic Manager to ensure that Program Aides complete assigned daily tasks and report areas of concern.
Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years related experience.
Preferred Education: MBA
Required License: Must maintain a valid NC Driver’s license as well as BLS and First Aid Certification
Preferred License: Clinical Licensure (RN; LPN; PT; OT)
Required Experience: At least 2 years of related experience with at least 1 year working with a frail or elderly populations.
Preferred Experience: Experience working effectively within an interdisciplinary team model, interfacing and collaborating with a wide range of clinical and social services disciplines who work together to manage the PACE participants' care. Demonstrated effective leadership and decision making skills. Previous supervisory skills including coaching and mentoring. Knowledge of principles, practices, standards and techniques of personal assistance services. Working knowledge of quality improvement and cost containment systems. 3 Ability to effectively and efficiently plan, prioritize and follow up
