    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Night Arena Operations, to join our team. In this role, you will support all facets of supervising, training, and deployment of full-time safety and security that will protect team members, guests, vendors, and all properties at while also playing a key role in broader department initiatives for Mortgage Matchup Center, Player 15 Headquarters and 5G Performance Center, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives. Your Role on the Team Serve as the senior point of contact for nighttime security-related incidents and emergencies at Mortgage Matchup Center, Player 15 Headquarters and 5G performance center. Develop and implement procedures for staff to conduct patrols using consistent methodologies and support campus security initiatives. Perform and maintain consistent, periodic schedule for basic safety inspections of the inside and outside of the facility. Assist with the management and maintenance of security technologies. Including cameras, access control systems, and related infrastructure. Support staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for events, daily operations, and emergency needs Conduct follow-up calls with guests who raise concerns or file complaints, ensuring issues are addressed. Compile and process all information for claims and legal matters Compile, document, and process all information related to claims, incidents, and legal matters; coordinate with internal and external counsel when required Support event security operations by conducting investigations, video review and follow up with documentation for incidents. Maintain confidentiality on all lawsuits and company business issues General knowledge of life safety codes for compliance during events. Frequent attendance and participation in meetings involving team members of all levels, including front-line employees, executives, clients, and vendors. Your Skills and Experience Must be able to work exclusively nights and overnights. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to develop posting, briefing sheets and interact with internal and external partners at all levels of the organization.
