Requirements:
5-10+ years of hands-on experience within warehouse automation, systems integration, commissioning, controls, WMS, or material handling environments
5+ years of formal people management experience
Experience managing integration, commissioning, or field engineering teams
Strong experience with warehouse automation technologies and material handling systems
Experience implementing or supporting WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
Ability to manage both upward with leadership and downward with field teams
Customer-facing communication experience
Ability and willingness to travel 25-50%
Desired:
Controls / PLC background
Experience with conveyors, ASRS, sortation, AGVs, or robotics systems
Experience with Swisslog SynQ or other WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Ko rber, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 Integration Managers
Support integration, commissioning, testing, and go-live activities across multiple warehouse automation projects
Provide operational leadership and escalation support for field integration teams
Coordinate with software, controls, engineering, project management, and customer stakeholders
Drive execution consistency, reporting, and delivery quality across integration activities
Travel to customer/project sites to support onboarding, team leadership, and project execution
Assist with process improvement and scaling the Integration organization as Swisslog continues to grow
The base pay range for this position is $135,000 $140,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
