Manager of Software Engineering to deliver secure, highly available
issuer payment processing capability that meets PCI DSS 4.0, SOC 2, and
payment network requirements. This person will also lead the day-to-day
software-development life-cycle while advising on long-term

You'll Do Own full SDLC (plan-build-release-operate) in an Agile /
DevSecOps model Achieve uptime, latency, and error-budget Service Level
Objectives; maintain runbooks and on-call rotations Drive estimation
accuracy, cycle-time reduction, automated unit / integration / security
testing Design and review cloud-native (AWS) micro-services, RESTful
APIs, and IaC (Terraform/CDK) Embed compliance controls and
secure-coding standards; schedule regular penetration testing and
dependency-scanning Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage a remote,
distributed team; create career paths and succession plans Act as
technical liaison to Product, Operations, Security, external vendors,
and auditors Forecast and manage staffing, tooling, consulting, and
influence AWS infrastructure budgets Operate within Xformative's
guidelines pursuant to the Employee Handbook and all Policies and
Procedures Perform additional duties as requested by Supervisor and/or
Management What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, or equivalent experience 10 + years professional
software-engineering experience, including 5 + years in a leadership
role overseeing remote or distributed Agile teams Track record
delivering payment-processing and transaction-heavy platforms;
card-issuance, payment-gateway, and fintech core-banking background
strongly preferred Experience guiding products through PCI-DSS, SOC 2,
