Manager of Retail Security Solutions

5 years’ experience as a retail loss prevention specialist, or equivalent law enforcement experience working with investigations of multilevel criminal organizations. 2 year degree in criminal justice OR equivalent technical certification or equivalent combination of formal training/certification and professional work experience that demonstrates the prerequisite competence to perform the duties of this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration of Justice, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
• 8 years of loss prevention management experience with 5 years supervisory/multi-store management experience
• Loss Prevention Foundation LPQ (Qualified), LPC (Certified), ASIS PCI (Professional Certified Investigator) or CPP (Certified Protection Professional)
• bilingual (Spanish)
• knowledge of the techniques and limitations of stationary, mobile, and electronic surveillance
• knowledge of the criminal justice system, ORC, and investigation processes
• knowledge of Publix retail operations from a store level
• basic Microsoft Access skills
• intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills
• advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• knowledge of Ariba and LPMS suite
