POSITION DUTIES
This position manages three work units that provide services critical to the operation of the Parole Commission. The four units managed are as follows: Warrant Unit This unit is responsible for processing all special reports submitted by DPSCS Community Supervision (CS) field agents for Commission review. It is also responsible for preparing, issuing and recalling retake warrants. NCIC Warrant Unit Ensuring that NCIC warrant data entry is completed on offenders not in custody, and confirming HITS from all judicial localities. Revocation Unit This unit is responsible for ensuring that offenders are promptly scheduled for preliminary and revocation hearings after identification. Records Unit: This unit is responsible for storing and maintaining control of all housing, parole/mandatory release supervision files as well as delinquent files. It is also responsible for maintaining all retention files for up to 5 years.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Â Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
Experience:Â Three years of administrative staff or professional work.
