Coordinate and develop all Show-Site operations including Freight, Logistics, and Decorating to deliver exceptional customer service efficiently. Reports to the Senior Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include managing operational aspects, leading accounts, supporting show planning, meeting KPIs, adhering to SOPs, developing implementation plans, managing labor and assets, ensuring accurate billing, reviewing staffing, tracking productivity, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and managing collective bargaining agreements.
Qualifications involve 3-7 years of management experience in operations, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in financial and computer skills, and experience with CAD or LEAN Six Sigma preferred. The role demands adaptability, problem-solving, strategic planning, and the ability to work under pressure in various environments, including nights and weekends.
