Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Occupational & Employee Health to lead and grow our employee and occupational health programs. This leadership role is responsible for the strategic oversight, operational management, and continued development of services that support the health, safety, and well-being of our workforce, community partners, and occupational health clients.

Qualifications:
Work Requirements: Ability to sit 6 to 7 hours daily. Ability to speak clearly in front of a group of people and remain calm during all interactions and demands of the position. Must be able to distinguish appropriate color.
