ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Masters' degree in a related field preferred. Certification in specialty desirable.
Must have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressively responsible hospital nursing leadership experience.
CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE
Licensed as an RN in state of practice
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent interpersonal/communication and conflict resolution skills. Genuine concern for people. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adept listener with the ability to interpret concerns.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

$110,806.59 - $177,290.54
