Position Overview
The Manager of Inventory and Planning leads the development, management, and continuous improvement of service planning and inventory forecasting across a network of General Practice, Specialty, and Equine veterinary hospitals. This role ensures demand for veterinary services, pharmaceuticals, and medical supplies, are accurately forecasted and translated into actionable inventory and financial plans that support exceptional patient care. This leader partners closely with Medical Leadership (DVMs), Hospital Operations, Pricing, FP&A, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory Operations, and IT/Data teams to balance clinical service levels, working capital, and profitability in a high-volume, SKU-intensive environment with seasonal demand patterns and multiple Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS).
Local candidates preferred, but not required with the ability to travel to Westport office periodically.
