We are looking for an experienced and motivated Histology Manager to oversee the operations of our histology lab. This role will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality tissue processing, maintaining regulatory compliance, and improving lab efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expertise in histological techniques, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage histology department operations
• Supervise and mentor histology staff
• Ensure quality control and compliance with all laboratory regulations
• Oversee tissue processing, staining, and preparation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet lab objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science
• ASCP certification (HTL or HT)
• Previous management experience in a histology setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
