Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesThe Manager of Finance provides leadership for financial reporting, budget development, and financial analysis for St. Rose Dominican hospitals. Reporting to the Market CFO, you will act as a key resource to department heads in preparing and managing the departments' budgets. Manages the budgeting (operating & capital), projection process and performance monitoring for the hospital. Works cooperatively with the facility management to facilitate budget variance analysis and assist with budget and accounting systems questions. Oversees the facility's monthly financial reporting processes and reviews net revenue, expense accruals and the financial statements overall. Ensures that the facility statistics are accurate and maintains a strong working relationship with the consolidated Accounting team.Provides financial analysis to support business development initiatives, major capital purchases, net revenue and expense review and participates in other projects as needed.Job RequirementsMinimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, upon hire, andMinimum of three (3) years previous finance and accounting experience, andTwo (2) years of supervisory experience.Preferred Skills and Experience:Strong MS Excel skillsFamiliarity with Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with Lawson, Axiom and Strata is ideal.Experience in a large complex hospital system.#LI-DHWhere You'll WorkAs the only not-for-profit, faith-based healthcare system in the area, Dignity Health Nevada, guided by the Adrian Dominican Sisters' vision for over 70 years, continues to serve the Henderson and Las Vegas communities.
