Position Summary  

The Manager of Executive Operations & Corporate Services serves as a strategic operational partner to the Chief Executive Officer and the Hospitality America Executive Leadership Team. This position is responsible for managing corporate office operations, coordinating executive and organizational initiatives, supporting company-wide communications, leading corporate events and culture programs, overseeing administrative processes, and driving execution of special projects. 

While reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this position supports the entire Executive Leadership Team and serves as a central point of coordination across corporate departments, hotel operations, ownership groups, vendors, and external business partners. 

The Manager of Executive Operations & Corporate Services plays a critical role in ensuring organizational alignment, operational effectiveness, accountability, and execution of key initiatives while promoting Hospitality America's PEACH culture and values. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Executive Operations 

  • Manage executive operational support functions for the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team. 
  • Coordinate executive meetings, leadership retreats, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide leadership events. 
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and supporting materials for executive meetings and business reviews. 
  • Track follow-up items, action plans, and organizational priorities to promote accountability and execution. 
  • Assist executive leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives. 

Corporate Services & Administration 

  • Oversee daily operations of the corporate office and administrative functions. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and agreements related to corporate office services and operations. 
  • Coordinate office facilities, equipment, technology resources, and workspace management. 
  • Develop, maintain, and improve corporate administrative procedures and business processes. 
  • Manage corporate records, organizational files, and confidential documentation. 

Project Management & Organizational Effectiveness 

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional corporate initiatives and assignments. 
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, communications, and status reporting. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and organizational effectiveness. 
  • Assist with implementation and tracking key company initiatives, goals, and action plans. 
  • Support annual planning, budgeting, and organizational goal-setting processes. 
  • Compile, organize, and distribute executive dashboards, performance reports, and business metrics for leadership review. 
  • Serve as a business administrator and resource for designated corporate systems, platforms, and communication tools 

Employee Experience & Culture 

  • Plan and coordinate Hospitality America's corporate events, leadership conferences, recognition programs, and company celebrations. 
  • Lead logistics and execution of PEACH-related initiatives and employee engagement programs. 
  • Coordinate onboarding experiences and corporate orientation activities for new team members. 
  • Support programs that strengthen employee engagement, communication, and organizational culture. 

Communications & Corporate Coordination 

  • Coordinate internal communications on behalf of executive leadership. 
  • Assist in the development of company presentations, announcements, reports, and other communications. 
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, hotel operations, corporate departments, and external stakeholders. 
  • Coordinate information gathering and reporting for executive review and decision-making. 

Ownership, Brand & External Relations Support 

  • Coordinate meetings and communications with ownership groups, business partners, management companies, and brand representatives. 
  • Assist in preparation of ownership presentations, meeting materials, and executive reporting packages. 
  • Support company participation in community, industry, and professional organizations. 
  • Coordinate preparation and distribution of business partners, ownership, and executive-level reporting materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. 

Education and Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field. 
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in operations management, project management, executive operations, hospitality administration, or related business functions. 
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred. 
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
