Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education, Counseling, Workforce Development, Public Policy.
3+ years managing educational, career readiness, or transition programs; grant-funded experience preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with youth/adult learners across educational & career pathways.
Background in student success and lifelong learning through readiness and transition programming.
Experience serving diverse populations & coordinating complex initiatives.
Strong project management, organizational, & communication skills.
Knowledge of program design, evidence-based practice, and program evaluation.

Reporting to the Director of Educational Enrichment and Transition Programs, this position advances the school's priorities by promoting student success, community engagement, and regional impact.
The Manager will oversee the day-to-day program operations, collaborate with school, community, and workforce partners, and ensure alignment with grant objectives, timelines, and reporting requirements. Responsibilities include program development and coordination, and continuous improvement of educational and career readiness programs that support learners at critical transition points from secondary education to postsecondary study, credential completion, and meaningful employment. This individual will partner closely with community organizations, community colleges, school districts, and workforce stakeholders in our efforts to deliver high-impact, data-informed programming aligned with grant objectives, and School of Education priorities.
This is a full-time, grant-funded position, hybrid position with 20% travel that is renewable contingent upon funding and performance.
