Come join our team! Manager Education Position located at Corona Regional Medical Center located in Corona, CA. Reporting to Director of Clinical Operations (DCOP), the Manager of Education is responsible for developing a comprehensive education program and providing development opportunities for all levels of staff at Corona Regional Medical Center. This will be achieved by collaborating with the DCOP and the various department directors. Included in this responsibility is the oversight and coordination of C RMC staff's commitment to demonstrate unparalleled competency and service to its customers. Supports and maintains regulatory requirements for staff competency assessment. Manages the various educational offerings at CRMC and the team executing them; accesses clinical performance in relation to established performance standards; collaborates with clinical management in identifying learning needs of staff; assesses learning needs of orientees and trainees in relation to their position performance standards. Manages and develops orientation programs to meet individual learning needs; develops objectives for each instructional program. Provides a competency-based orientation program for all categories of clinical service personnel. Conducts well planned, organized, relevant, and clinically oriented programs in response to needs. Coordinates continuing education workshops. Prepares manuals, guides, and other materials contributing to improving clinical performance, updating staff instruction and the maintenance of patient care standards.

Qualifications: minimum essential experience knowledge of the principles of adult learning and teaching modalities, minimum of five years previous experience in healthcare setting, minimum of 2 years of progressive leadership experience. Essential education: bachelors degree required; masters' degree preferred. Required licensure/certifications: current California registered nurse license required. BLS upon hire ACLS within 90 days of hire.
