About the role
The Manager of eCommerce is an execution-focused, detail-obsessed operator who keeps Brio's DTC channel running at peak performance. Reporting directly to the Director of eCommerce, this role owns the day-to-day operational engine: financial reporting and forecasting, on-site merchandising, cross-functional project delivery, and the tooling and process rigor that keeps everything on track.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, deadlines move, and ten things need your attention at once. You don't just manage tasks — you build systems. You are equally at home in a JIRA board, a financial model, and a product catalog audit, and you take personal pride in the quality and accuracy of everything you ship.
