POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Summary
Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures meant to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Company's compliance reporting system and investigation of compliance concerns with an appropriate response process. Responsible for coordination of multiple intake formats, including but not limited to toll free hotline, emails, letters, website inquires, internal communication systems, and social media. Serves as the primary compliance support for assigned divisions and campuses
Roles and Responsibilities
Assists with compliance investigations, monitoring tasks, and department goals as identified in Office of Inspector General Work Plan, the Annual Compliance Plan, the annual Compliance monitoring plan, and organization goals.

Qualifications
Education: Master Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
Licenses and Certifications
Active healthcare compliance certification (e.g., CHC, CHPC, or CHRC).
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
