The Manager, Accounting Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership across the accounting function, including oversight of the month-end close process, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budget variance analysis, internal controls, and team development. The Senior Manager, Accounting Operations partners cross-functionally with operational and executive leadership to support organizational growth, optimize financial performance, and drive process improvements. This position reports to the Controller.This leadership position is focused on driving excellence within the accounting operations function through strategic support, operational partnership, and continuous process improvement.
