FP &A Manager
Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for an FP&A Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 7+ years of FP&A experience, great interpersonal skills and has large manufacturing experience. The salary for this position is $130k-150k + Bonus.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Lead the coordination of financial planning and forecasting processes.
- Lead the progression of forecasting, both internal and external.
- Investment analysis and progress investment commitments.
- Manage process on current forecasting process.
- Compile benchmarking to understand performance relative to competition.
- Develop and maintain complex business financial models to use financial planning and forecasting.
- Drive credibility in the output at all levels.
- Coordinate the financial plan schedule.
- Develop relationships to establish best practices from enteral finance teams.
- Work closely with plant finance leads to understand activity and impact results.
- Ad hoc projects as needed.
The FP&A Manager will possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
- 6+ years of related experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in industrial manufacturing or distribution industry preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
