What you will do
You will lead the teams that develop the manufacturing machining processes, methods and standards. Initiate and coordinate changes in support of the manufacturing goals like OEE, cycle time, cost of manufacturing, drive productivity.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Manufacturing Engineering Team with the goal of meeting the Manufacturing Engineering Team objectives and developing a highly talented, engaged and flexible Engineering Team. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery, and cost of the production process as well as projects/staff and competence development. Forecast operating costs of department and direct preparation of budget requests.
This managerial role is also responsible for fostering a continuous improvement culture focused on waste elimination, employee engagement, and application/practice of lean theory. Actively participate in global networks in Engineering Processes.
Accountable for achieving Manufacturing Engineering financial and operational KPIs, including Standard Cost of Sales (SCOS), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), project on-time delivery, gates passed on time, and the development of direct reports.

For this position, the base pay is set at $128,300- $158,400 annually, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
